Project Description
Place du Vivre is the adaptive reuse of an existing downtown building. The building will be turned into a mixed used facility, which will contain a grocery store, class "A" office space, extended stay suites and residential lofts. Sustainable design, alternative energy and universal design will be implemented where practical and feasible. The main goal for the facility is to provide affordable housing and to help revitalize the downtown area.
